I wish to volunteer with Salvaged Souls Pet Rescue. I agree to follow the rules and procedures of Salvaged Souls Pet Rescue, show respect to others, and act with integrity when representing the rescue. I acknowledge and waive any medical claims against Salvaged Souls Pet Rescue arising out of the performance of my volunteer duties, and I assume liability if I am injured while engaged in volunteer work with Salvaged Souls Pet Rescue.
